So forcefully i had to switch to another connection.Bye bye SSV.You had force me to switch to new connection as my net is down for last 10 days.

This is the worst internet service in Navi Mumbai...Engineers are very bad and very poor in knowledge, customer care people are very bad.Dont take this connection.Its pathetic.This is the worst internet service.

This internet service provider in Navi Mumbai also known as D Vois Ssv Broadband is worst in service. They try to push a whole year package down your throat since no body would like to renew that again. First practice is systematic cheating, the package that you pay for is not what you actually get so 1 Mbps is 512Kbps suddenly, a 512 Kbps is 200 Kbps and all these complaints go unheard. Second is service of this ISP, they do not even care to show up to check what is the problem. Customer care is paid so they enjoy talking and misleading you. Technicians would close your request without even informing you. Strongly recommended to look for alternatives.

worst provider. They are rude, service is super bad and their phone nos are forever out of range. No one picks up on their customer service no too. Half of the time the network is not working due to some problems and they will take ages to fix it up. As far as network and speed, it is average.

Horrible Connection, Lousy Service, Speed is non-existent! Every time it rains even a little it stops working, and now that it has joined hand with D-Vois its even worse. Try calling them up for reporting a bad connection and see what you get. They wont even give you a ticket no. for a complaint, simply saying that we will send someone to check it. Best of Luck if you ever take this connection!!!!1

Worst internet connection. Daily minimum 12-15 link is down. Cannot connect to internet. Dont go for SSV connection and waste your time and money. Every night 9-10 o clock stops working till next day afternoon. Waste of money.
