জোহ্ন্স হোন্ডা

I've purchased an Activa3G on 28/12/2016.and all amounts regarding tax,insurance and registrations were paid in showroom..
still i,ve not received my RC book...when i contacted showroom they asked me to go to RTO office directly and to collect the RC book..There i realised the amount for the registration of the vehicle is not completely paid from the showroomm...
for clarifying these doubts i again contacted puzhakkal honda showroom(0487-2388050) and their response was too bad..
Now they are asking me to pay RS.240/- to get the RC book...
I dont know is there any relevance for this post...if So please try to solve it.
