Many promises were made at the starting about the offerings they make...but believe me, these people are big time cheats. Nothing worked that was promised: no internet was there, washing machine had broken down, solar geyser is installed to save money which is totally useless and gives hot water on hot days..cold on cold, room hardly gets cleaned, the food made is horrible, not even worth 10 Rs. , leave alone paying Rs.60 for it, they charged for the water and the Gas when it got finished, there was not even a dining table! The in-charge is the biggest liar i have ever met and ill-manned to the highest degree. The manager Ulas made tall claims about the apartment, and frankly I was quite impressed by this guy. The good things first:
Good and fairly spacious room. All basic facilities available.
Now things which pssed me off:
The care taker is not very enthusiastic about taking care of customer needs, whether it is a towel, soap or water not available in the bathroom. Need to buzz him many times to get things done.
The guys are not very professional in check-in / check -out.
The place is not easily approachable from main road. This was known to me, but I feel at such a remote location, the price is way too high. I would recommend a proper hotel, of a bit lower in class as they will be easy to reach and will be more professional.
