everything is superb!Good kerala coastal food with lots of ambience.recommended

Went there desperately to have some Kerala food. Food is usually cold. I dont know how these people keep their hotel licenses with such an untidy environment. Very poor customer service! Last time I went there, I waited for around 30 minutes. Nobody cared about serving anything. Finally I had to leave without having any food. Unprofessional bearers not bothered about serving customers. Unclean interiors! Will never recommend to anyone. Will never go there again! Very poor ambience. Bad smell and there was no water to wash hands. Will never ever go there again.

But don't have high hopes. I still feel it is not the best. And to add to this, the "Onam Sadya" which they served, was horrible. For five people, it costed Rs. 600/-. And they served spoiled dal.

what food! what food! beef, fish, chicken! eat till you cant because its good for your senses. it pleases them! kairali is one of the best places for kerala cuisine. good prices too. ask they keralites. they will tell you!
