The first time I went to Passion Salon, I was made to wait for 20 minutes despite having made an appointment in advance and was seriously overcharged for the services they provided. In addition, the receptionist was unbelievably rude to me, despite the fact that I complimented her hair. (I really did like her hair)
The second time I went there I made an appointment, but was still (rudely) asked to wait half an hour. I had to get waxed and the lady who was waxing me was really uncivil to me, took FOREVER to finish, burnt me and continued to use hot wax, despite my telling her that it hurt!
After this I asked the receptionist to arrange for someone to TRIM my hair. When the stylist asked me what I wanted, I said I wanted a TRIM.

I like this place! its fast becoming my regular salon for that carefully planned bi-yearly hair cut. I make it a point to ask for the creative director to style me hair. She anyways recognises me as soon as i walk in and takes me under her wing.
Very relaxing ambience...pricey but actually worth it. Comfortably hep and current.
