If you value your hygiene dont ever go to this place. Unsterilised combs and pedicure equipments, dirty used gown and headbands will surely welcome you. Not that the owner and manager are not aware of this but they do not bother. And mind you,they are not cheap! For the price you pay the service is far below average. And to top it all , when I requested the manager Mrs. Manasata to look into the same, her reply " Madam, we have hundreds of customers. If you do not like our service please dont come back". Talk about attitude.

My single experience made me never want to go back to it. I booked an appointment with Rohit and he didn't turn up at all! Neither was he reachable to say how late he would be. After a 40 minute wait i walked out feeling incredibly stupid about travelling half way across town for a haircut. Apparently, this is not the first time Rohit has missed an appointment. The least one can do is re-schedule.

This salon is not only overtly expensive but even the service is below average. They give a certain time for appointment and then change it by half to one hr without even asking you. Secondly, they charge more than any 5 star hotel in the city. For a child's haircut they charge 200Rs. For head massage they charge 350 and above while Lakme salon charges just 200 for the same. Finally, theirs is not the cleanest salon in town.
