Don't go saphire honda to buy or service, showroom people don't know how to respect costumer they act as they will give bike for free too bad. Saphire honda service center JP Nagar to warst then this, My Hornet bike before service in good condition after first service next day started lot of problems like fuel not turn into reserve, hike will get to hot, low pickup, saspection problem, tyer whimling, meter shows wrong speed and km. after next week i visited raised all complaints also not useful. they will fix the issues after next 2 days again start problem again and again . WORST Dealears.. I have ever seen.. Just now got the activa from Honda Sapphire JP Nagar. Very pathetic customer service. Even they would fight with their customers.. Before buying they will be down to earth with the customers and once the payment is done they dont care at..These people are damaging the brand HONDA.. Please anyone let me know how to complaint about these people to actual Honda office...

The reviwers above - kaz, amar, lease who rated a 5 stars are the fake created by sapphire Honda guys.

I have seen the same comment for sapphire reviews on other websites as well ...

They were all created on same day 23 rd June 2012 ....
Real fakes... They don't even brains to cheat ...heheh :) ...
Never ever ever think of visiting this showroom ... Not sure ..if you get the new/genuine parts for a new bike/scooter you buy ...

i just booked the Honda Dio and felling the same...

1. if you provide bank statement as address proof , 300 bucks needs to be paid extra. For other address proofs like HR letter and others 300 is not required... not sure why...?
2. if we pay the money by card they are charging 2% extra. Not even in small cloth showrooms i have seen this.

the owner of saphire honda would do out of way to help you.I bought honda dio from them and totally satisfied with their service.If you have any complaints and if you speak to the owner he would help you in one or the other way.I had problems for my vehicle delivery but the owner helped us to get it on the promised time.I had problem with my smart card but this guy gave us the contact of people to get the work done and yes every time issues were solved.

Last Saturday, I gave my bike for minor job: replacement of battery and regulator. They said, they would deliver by evening. I went there at 5 in the evening to see a long queue and a score of angry customers shouting at the staff. The service center has a capacity of about 70 bikes, but they take more than 150. They simply cannot deliver on time. I could see my bike being loaded for repair at 5:30 - the time it was supposed to be delivered.
