Most disgusting service of all the YLG Saloons I have tried. The staff is not trained at all. I been there and took facial that costs there 3000 bucks and it was for 75 min. She winded the entire thing in 45 min and when i confronted they gave 10 min of massage. It was so disgusting. On confronting Jyoti(Staff who gave the service) still doent know how that 75 min is divided. The guy sitting at reception most unprofessional person. He was laughing and giving some random excuses. Such pethetic people should be sued who doesn't know there job and open the parlor.

hmmm...... if u dont know how to spend 940Rs go to YLG and ask for haircut from their stylist, he will listen to u and do what he likes not what u ask for, i specifically said what i dont want and i got it, when he comb my hair it looked similar but at home i saw that is exactly what i said i dont want...... dear YLG stylists, u should give me what i want and i pay for, not what u want coz its not u who has to walk wth this something strange on head.... YLG has been a good service provider. As a customer their services have been satisfactory earlier! But now they have increased their prices and their services have deteriorated greatly which does not really match their revised prices at any level.The staff have a changed attitude. Deteriorated services hiking prices are guiding the customers no where and just out! They are guiding their customers out rather than in!! Its a poor move by YLG!
