if you want to drain your money...join here, coz they r cheating everyone , infrastructure sucks, loo is dirty, staff is extrasweet till u have made ur payment................fraud.made a big mistake to join it!
Just joined 3 weeks back for 5 Kg weight loss...before even the results shows up they bug with so many offers and if you say No they give a sarcastic look and smile. And they always say this offer is only valid for today so you can pay whatever amount you have book and then you can avail this service tommorow with full payment. Everyday I think twice to visit them for the treatment that I have already paid.
Will never ever take their service after this.
Today I called them and gave a blasting on the phone...waiting to see how they treat me after this blasting:)
They are nice, until you pay them hefty amount and register for some services, but later they don`t even bother to care if go for to take your services. They just bug you saying were is your customer ID. Which they don`t inform us before that we need to have those before we go there!!! Very irritating. Their response is very cold n full of attitude!! I have become a fool by becoming a member.
I am just waiting for my services to get over. Just want to get rid of them. Don`t want to see their faces again n again!!!

Although the workers\Employees are proficient but the management is utter shameless.I took a package for six months for body spa ..initially for the first session the management response was good but later from the second and third session it was very difficult to get an appointement although when asked the employee\worker they said they were free.Its been more than an year and i haven't complete the 6 month course.
Infrastructer is alos pathetic..they dont have proper bathing facility after massages,they find it difficult to get water..AC rarely works...
All promises for diffrent content of packages were false(promised for chocolate massage but was given multani therapy :))
