They don't even response on the phone...i just called this office and the person just did not wanted to listen to me...he said me ..that i need to come to the office thats all......very uncooperative all the persons at this office.... and not forward the documnt

They don't even response on the phone...i just called this office and the person just did not wanted to listen to me...he said me ..that i need to come to the office thats all......very uncooperative and very unprofessional... all the persons at this office....plz remember that i talked to two different persons who were clone of each other in their attitude....soooooooooooooo rude...

The representatives there are so uncooperative. They just know how to avoid the customer. I bought one lg phone and a blank sim card on 06/02/2010 and told them to transfer my old number on this sim card. I did all the required things from my side and was informed by them that after half an hour it will be activated but still on 09/02/2010 I am trying to contact them and they have stop responding to my calls. Please take immediate action on this. The complaint number is 119362573.
