Horrible service. I gave my 10k fossil watch for a small repair work for moisture inside d glass.they said they needed 2 months to fix it.gave it back 2 months later without doing anything at all.Meanwhile some parts got rusted away n now will cost me 3-4 k to get fixed.Beyond pathetic.

DON"T TRUST THEM. I went to get a leather strap for my Titan watch. They provided me a duplicate local version of HIRSCH and they charged me 750 INR. Later I inquired them about the genuinity of the strap. Those cheap mentality people claims that is original. And the strap got damaged within 2 months. I found out, paper was inserted between two rexin layers.
