Had a bad experience with Sony World team when it came to customer service. They are not even ready to look into the issue, but just want to push it back to us. Service and behavior of sales team is alarmingly low to deal with Sony brand.
NEVER STEP INTO THIS PLACE. HIGHLY ARROGANT STAFF. LEAST BOTHERED TO EVEN EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENT MODELS OF CAMERAS ON DISPLAY. THEY DONT MIND EVEN IF YOU WALK OUT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO. THAT MANAGER AND THE YOUNG TEAM, ONE MR.NAUSHAD AND THE ENTIRE SHOP FLOOR STAFF IS HORRIBLE IN THE BASICS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
