not responding to customer queries.service is very poor.they think they are only provider in the market.
LG electronics services is very poor. I puuchased an LED TV on July 15, 2012 from Pai International Indiranage, they confirmed me that on Monday 16 July 2012, person from LG will give you call and come to my house for installation.
The person called me at I told him to come at 8.pm sinc enobody would be at home, first he said not possible, then he agreed to come, after that he did not bother to come nor call. Vey por service. Never expected.
I wanted to urchase Sony, because their prducts and srvices are excellent, but Pai Sales personnel convinced me to gomin for LG, but this is the response.
