Found the Customer Service desk to be very helpful. Attended to my queries regarding internet banking and online transaction access, and helped solve them immediately as well.
In this bank people dont receive or respond to phone calls at all. I tried calling from USA continuously for more than 1 hr and nobody answered in any of the numbers given above. They seem to be very irresponsible.
