I liked YLG in its initial days (around the year 2008-2009).
The quality of service has deteriorated drastically and the cost has increased exorbitantly.
Recently I got my hair smoothening done. The YLG(mallesaram) staff Narasimha did the smoothening( June 2015) ! Worst... I have undergone hair smoothening many times before this. (not in the last 2 years). So I know how the chemical treatment works/ the dos and donts.:
1) The chemical "1" which breaks the bonds should not be left more than 30 mins. But it was left for 45 mins.
2) None of the chemicals should be applied on the scalp. He loaded the creams on my scalp.
