Pathetic Service. Confirms that my cab is booked and sends SMS. Upon checking with driver, driver says he has been asked to go for a different pickup and hence not able to pick me. Fasttrack then gives me one more cab driver#, who says he is going home and cant pick me.

I wish you guys are on "fast track" to loose your business and get out of business of wasting others' time.

DO NOT BOOK A TAXI FROM FAST TRACK POST 7 PM. THEY WILL NOT OFFER PROPER SERVICE. CABS WILL NOT REACH ON TIME FOR PICK UP. ALSO THEY WILL ENSURE YOU BOARD ANOTHER VEHICLE ON COMPLETION OF THE MINIMUM KILOMETERS.
ALSO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE GIVEN 5 STAR RATINGS BELONG TO FASTRACK.

Please don't go for Fast Track in Bangalore: As a regular user of Fast track, last week I have got a very poor service from your end. Last week out of 10 pickups, I got only 4 cabs on time. Even last Friday evening and Thursday morning I didnât got the cab from your end. Last Thursday evening : My pickup time is 7:00 PM, but till 7:00 PM I didnât got the call neither from your drivers nor from your call centre executives, after 7:00 PM I called to your customer care, but they told me that wait for 10 minutes you will get a cab, but I didnât get the cab, like that I called for five times. Very bad service,I booked the cab and they said booking is confirmed,But no cab was available on the alloted time.They didnot even inform me and when I called them about the cab..they said its not available.I lost my flight finally.

worst service ever..i had loss of 10000..I had to catch the train...and then i had to catch another flight which i missed...but I could not as fast track taxi which i booked never came..never ever trust this cab service..

Very bad service provided. Booked the fasttrack cab to reach railway station. We did not get any call from driver even after the allotted time. when we called to enquire, we were informed that it would be half an hour late.. Missed the train because of the utterly worst service

I booked Fast Track from UB City on July 7th at 9:30 pm. The cab arrived on time and had to wait till about 10:05 pm. I reached my destination at around 10:25 pm.

Everything was fine except that the cabbie insisted that the minimum charge was for 10 Km, rather than the 8 Km on meter and charged 1 hr waiting, instead of 35 mins. Overall, I ended up paying about Rs. 50 over fair price. Fast Track did absolutely nothing when I complained to them.

GENTLEMEN. THIS HAPPENS IN EVERY SPHERE. WHY WITH FAST TRACK ALONE. MANY A TIMES THEY HV HONOURED THEIR COMMITMENT. THAT IS WHY IT HAS SPREAD. I HV ALSO UTILISED THEIR SERVICE. BUT FOR A MISS HERE AND THERE, THEY HV PERFORMED WELL. SO YOU NEED NOT NECESSARILY TAKE A DIG AT THE VERY ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FACILITIES. RATHER TAKE A CHANCE AND SEE. BETTER FAST TRACK CUSTOMER SHOULD RESPOND IMMEDIATELY WHEN THEY COULD NOT HONOUR THE COMMITMENT FOR ANY REASON. THOUGH IT IS NOT GOING TO HELP ANY PURPOSE, IT MAY HELP AVOINDING SUCH POOR REFERENCES FOR THE GOOD WORK FOR SO FAR DONE.
