I strongly agree. With out your review, I have purchased dining table, sofa and center table. Their promises are just on paper. Every day I chasing them to deliver my goods but they were not able to deliver even after 10 days. Every time they are changing the delivery date. NOW I am suspecting their quality of workman ship. Not sure when they will deliver and the how the quality will be. Request NOT to buy from these guys avoid Majestic Furniture store, TTK Road, Chennai.
It is the worst experience we had with them. A computer table was purchased for Rs.8500/- on 16.1.15 & on 17.1.15, we wanted to exchange for a dinining table worth Rs.38000/- One of the salesman agreed to exchange it but asked us to bear the cost of transportation which will be around Rs.500/- he informed. But the salesman who sold the computer table came and refused to exchange it and he does not want a business for Rs.38000/-. He is just a sales person and how he can refuse. All the shop[s in Chennai will allow such exchanges upto one week just as Saravana Stores, LKS, Pothys, etc. Without taking up the matter with their manager he simply refused. He tolt that he would telephpone on 19.1.15 but he has not telephoned. Poor customer

1 of d most 3rdclass showrooms n d services is just worst, bad quality inside d furnitures....... i being an interior designer will deffinately not suggest any1 to buy thing from here..... staffs r just not cooperative and within 1yr service also they never turn up to help = BULLSHIT MAJESTIC FURNITURES
I am so pissed off after purchasing from this shop. When i entered the shop, around 4 people surrounded me as if i was tasty food. I told them give me some space and air to breathe, then all of them vanished. I saw the displayed furniture which was very shiny and fancy. I wanted something elegant and neat, so i saw their catalogue and ordered for a sofa, a dining and 3 beds sets. I was very sure of the quality as they had a wonderful display. I had been asked to pay the full amount, as they had to deliver directly to my house after 21 days as confirmed.
But, after the 21 days, i receive a call stating the delay in procurement and manufacturing of sofa. I had been asked to wait for a weeks more time, and i said that one week is the deadli

These guys are totally a rotten bunch. I had bought a Executive Boss Chair from Majestic
Furniture when it was on display at Chennai trade Centre last year(August 2009). They had promised free delivery. But the guys who came to deliver the chair shamelessly wanted Rs. 50 for the delivery. And the chair has been squeeking like hell even when my 2 year old daughter sits on it. And finally it broke down within less than a year of purchase. All for the 5 k that I had to shell out for this totally inferior quality stuff. Plus..I have now been calling them everyday for the last 4 weeks to send someone over for servicing as they promised free service for any repairs within a year. I would not recommend buying any stuff from Majestic furniture chennai. They play marketing gimmicks and do not deliver the promised product. We ordered for a wrought iron bed and were repetitively told that it will include a wooden ply, however the bed was delivered (with a week's delay) without the ply and they bluntly refused that they had even promised for the ply at any point. The worker who came to our place to do the fitting handled the parts so carelessly that he banged upon my brand new Nokia phone and damaged its display!! We went to their shop to complain about all above, but no luck Alas!
