Product display very good with clear demarcation of brands under various consumer durables. Sales ppl talk good about the product they are asked to sell ..
billing & price is fine. What about customer service or installation part is lagging in all aspects ..
When they have such big team of front end sales but no customer service team who will handle the total installation till warranty period .. this aspect #RATHNA house fails miserably.
