Vins Gym: Choose your fitness programme at this gym. At this well-equipped gym, aerobics and yoga are on offer. They will shortly be introducing dance sessions as well. Classes are combined for men and women. The gym functions from 6.30am to 10pm, seven days a week so you can get on the treadmill or pump iron whenever you want. There is a trainer available in the mornings and advice on diet and nutrition is also given.
