worst possible courier and it is shame to call it "service".
3 days they are sitting on the consignment and no trace of delivery.
call centre call on hold for 11 minute and then no satisfactory answer.
refused to provide mobile number of courier boy .
refused to provide Mahipalpur branch telephone number.

Worst courier service ever. Seven days gone, but the package from Mahipalpur, New Delhi to Pusa Road, New Delhi has not been delivered. No status update for the past six day. The contact number provided is not accessible. Terrible customer support.

very poor service. my product handed over to u on 11 dec 14 4 further dispatch from Delhi to Mumbai but today is 17 dec 14 n still the product is not delivered. on confirming by phone, not giving the satisfactory reply. so it's a very worst courier service.

The Worst courier service I have ever seen, they kept my courier at their Delhi office for 7 Days before sending it to Mumbai. the customer service also very bad. they hardly pick any call whenever they pickup any call always i use to get the same response that courier will be sent to mumbai by today's flight when it came to mumbai after 7 days in the morning 5:30am the mumbai branch was not ready to deliver on same day even though my delivery address is hardly 10 to 15 minutes away from their branch, so I personally went and collect my courier from their office today. my courier was handed over by SnapDeal on 29th Oct 14 and I took self delivery on 06th November 14 evening 3:45pm. in addition to above even after receiving messages from bot ... fake courier company...i booked one product from snapdeal and it shipped through Red Express.....it reached my place but they have not delivered yet...even the number they have provided is fake...no one picking up the phone

VERY SHAMEFULL SERVICE. 10 days already passed but product still not been delivered. This is the worst courier service I have ever seen. Even Govt' Postal Department is much much better than your company. You do not even deserve to be a courier company. You should start selling "JHAADU" instead of this "GHATIA" aur "DO KODI" ki service. Even tracking does not show any status where the product is. Company is a group of thieves. Very Shamefull !

they are the worst courier company i ever came across,i ordered a product on snapdeal and they
sent the product from redepress courier.after a couple of days i got sms that they apologize for delay in
delivery and the next day on their tracking system i noticed that they say i want delivery at another day?
i mean how can one be such a big liar they never contacted me.they blame customers for their fault.
when i tried to contact 18001232400 they never picked my phone after trying for 50 odd times.
they are true liars and more than worst.
never ever recommend this courier company to anyone but warns everybody to stay away from this cheat company.
