Yes its overcharging. I consulted Dr Pattanyak but not satisfied with his communication style. In psychiatry communication is really important. In case you are planning to visit, take appointment in advance.
Atrocious attendants, overcharging hospital with exceptionally bad mannered employees. Would never recommend this place.
