Heights of abysmal, pathetic customer care. Never visit to any lakozy showrooms specially andheri east. They will promise you to deliver your car within 15 days at the time of booking and later the
attitude changes. They donât know what customer service skills are. They talk over you, never listen to you, they are adamant and arrogant. They even tell you to cancel your booking if you are not ready to wait. ( In such a tone that they are giving away a car for charity and you are a beggar in a queue ) Ainât that too much?
I booked my live g petrol on 24/09/2011 and it was scheduled to be delivered with in 15 days initially. Later we had to chase them to know that the car will be delivered by 24/10/2011. They disbursed the loan on 22/1 ... View More0/2011 aswell without the car. The same nonsense saga continued and the vehicle was promised at any cost on 11/11/2011. We spoke to all the highest ever authorities and finally it was agreed that the delivery will happen on 14/11/2011. Itâs 17th nov now and still we have to keep calling them to ask the whereabouts of the car. No car yet!!!
People have a notion that ford has the worst customer care. We own a ford fiesta and the customer care is nothing but wonderful. It starts with polite staff and timely delivery from ford and itâs excellent service continues.
I have been hearing about toyotaâs quality and customer care but what I have received is the worst! Is this everywhere with toyota or only with lakozy? Avoid all the headaches, extra phone calls, save your precious time.
