Don't try to communicate with them online: you'll never get a response! I was a potential customer in France who queried them many times about purchases I wanted to make and was never able to obtain any answer from the Moon River Store. I shudder to think what would have happened if I had actually purchased items and something went wrong. In conclusion, it's possible that they're not interested in doing online business. It's also possible that they're complete idiots and incapable of answering simple queries. In any case, they certainly seem indifferent to the concept of customer service.
