I had a very bad experience with One staff at mannappuram finance at kalyan,Miss Kalyani Malusure working with this firm has a real attitude problem,I had gone to keep gold and take loan against that but this female have no respect for their customers,She started screaming at me before all the staff and humiliated us ,She said she will decide if the company (manappuram Finance)have to give loan to their customers as she is the branch manager and can behave in any manner as she said it has been ordered by her company mannappuram Finance.She even asked us to get out of the branch,But later Mr satish kumar working as a Area manager spoke to us in behalf of kalyani malusure And said soory to us on her behalf but this female Kalyani still had at
