The seals of cylinders are tempered and cylinder weighs 1 kg. to 1.5 kg. less. Deliverymen take away the cylinder when asked to weigh the same. Proprietors and office bearers neglect complaints. Underweight cylinders and tampered seals amount to mass cheating. H. Joshi Bros. represent the LPG Gas dealers at Nashik and it is going so in their own arena. It is difficult to believe that this is going without their knowledge, that is why they do not pay any attention to such complaints. This needs agitation through media which I am arranging.
