Hi, I bought one washing machine from your showroom on 6/11/2011. After delivering the machine one of your person said that on the following day a person would come and demonstrate the machine. till today (11/11/2011) none of you has come to my hose - BA-13, PWD Qts, Kawalabyrasandra, R.t.Nagar post, b'lore-32, cell - 9448714997. Is this the way you treat the customer. When I call you no response at all. Hope before further delay you 'll respond.

hi, i found their showroom on the ringroad and foung it to be the best showroom i have ever seen . it was a world class experience and their services is one of the best . thier wide range of products with very resonable prices made my shopping a pleasurable one.

I did not find the service any good. I went to the new showroom in Bommanahalli and bought a Onida Power Solo 20 L. While purchasing i confirmed that all the user manual and warranty card was available in the container and they confirmed so. I came back home and found that there was no user manual, no cook book and no warranty card. I called up the showroom and they said i should come and collect the same.The person answering the call was not even courteous. I feel that this is pure cheating and upon calling Onida call center i came to know that the oven comes along with cookbook, warranty card and user manual.
