Thank God I saw this page. I almost went for Eye+. Tata has really gone bad to worse.
we have bought spectacles in the month of June 2011, in the month of February 2012, we have noticed that the lens is cracking and we went & shown in the show room, they say that for lens guarantee is only six months, they have given cheap product, the service is very poor, in spite of send emails we do not get reply, in spite of sending reminders. TATA is cheap company to compete they get cheap products to the market. my advice to others...... AVOID TITAN EYE WEAR.
Went there on a friend's recommendation, but very very disappointing! I ordered for lenses for the first time, it was supposed to be delivered in a week, however they informed be the power has gone wrong, so they will take more time. I was ok with that, what pissed me off was, I had told them that it was my first time so they need to show me how to wear the lenses. They said there water was not good and hence they cant show!!On top of that, he says to my frnd, you can explain it to her as she wears lenses!No case was given for the lenses, no other instructions! Pathetic service, felt as if they were only waiting for the payment!
WORST SERVICE EVER! first the ppl working in this shop are (best described as) LETHARGIC... wen i bought my frame for the shop they did not deliver on time and i had to run arund a couple of times to get them to do it!! no one bothered to call back or confirm wen i wud get my specs.. 2 months later one a screws in the frame broke into two (major manufacturing defect).. wen i got them to get repaired thet promised to get back to me in 4-5 days.. that dint hapnn.. wen we got back to dem.. d specs was still with dem and dey had managed to break another scerw in that.. again dey "PROMISED" to get it repaired in 3 days MAX and give me a calll.. yess... dey dint call back AGAIN!! the next tym wen i inquired dey sed offered to giv me another pair

Titan Eye Plus is having good Eye Test care and the staffs there are quite professional and helpful.. I already got spects for my parents from this shop and the quality was really good. But one problem u can find here is u may never find any frames that are less in cost.. In advertisement they claim to have frames starting from 375 Rs, but I couldn't find any frames in the near range.Also the cheapest good frame has a starting range from more than 1500 Rs and above ( I should say the frame quality is pathetic for low range, if you find any :). Only frames that starts from approx 2500 are nice.. As per the question of eye testing one thing I found interesting was along with the normal eye testing that u find in other shops as well they also
