Hi All!
We had a bitter experience with VGP Ltd located in Indira Nagar 100Ft Rd (Next to Vivekâs). This happened on Jan 1st 2012. We did our share of research in Pai Electronics, Girias and Viveks before we zeroed in on VGP to buy our new LG home appliances viz, Fridge, Washing M/c and an Oven. On the face of it, the Sales Person was polite, informed and offered competitive prices when we honestly told him about our prior trips to his competitor stores. All went well until we paid up our bill and collected the receipt. The Store Manager too was courteous. We informed him that our house was on the second floor w/o an elevator. He readily agreed to deliver all the appliances to our doorstep and sheepishly said "You may have to pay 100 rup
