They lack business ethics!! Please see the note below We had purchased a tommeetippee manual breast pump on 21st of may 2009 from BLUES & PINKS in Bangalore, India. And found that it was not pumping any milk out after some ten usages. We went to return the product yesterday the 29th of June, as it was faulty. Even the Store owner found a problem with its suction . But they refused to replace the product with another new piece & nor refund . The shop owner has instead offered us a used breast pump for 2 weeks till the faulty part can be replaced. This idea is like a harassment to us & is not agreeable as we need a new product only.
