I had the worst experience of my life at CK & Sons Jayanagar branch. I bought a ring for my husband which was custom made. Just because it was custom made they charged me 40% wastage and on top of it, the size was incorrect. On the day of delivery, we told them that its tight and they should fix it to which the salesman - Mr. R.Lokesh said that it would expand with time and my husband should start wearing it. Still if he feels uncomfortable, he would get it expanded - this can be done to some extent. To our horror, today when we went to him to get it expanded, this guy had the audacity to say that it can not be expanded and if it was not the right size, why did we take the delivery.
