in the store there is no staffs. only two guys are working. and for the billing i was standing for an 1/2 hour to billing wen i asked the store manager about this he is shouting like hell and he does't know how to behave/respect the customers....i hate this store and the employees are also not that good guiders ...i really hate the RELIANCE FRESH MARKET i ll not visit anymore in my life time ..

store is located very close to Koramangala police station, but cheating employee are working there.
My mom (doesn't know kannada) went to get 3 soaps of each (MRP) 18Rs, they asked her to pay 60 Rs for 3 soaps..she fighted for to pay 18*3 Rs only.. finally they charged 60 paid..and she came out of store.. I went their to ask why so.. the answer from them is " complaint if i want, but dont come back to ask Qs".
Later i checked all previous reliance bills if anythng wrong.. i found one more.. i renewed bike insurace there itself. while takins insurance they gave me PA (from HDFC which costs around 400 as compulsory with Bike insurance).. after i saw this in my bill, went to other reliace store to cross verify..they said
