Worst customer service. Employees there respond only if some bribe is given. worst experience. No response if called to the customer care number. Just dont understand why are these public services are given if they dont have any contorl over their employees.

Worst government employees. Bribe is the the main reason for them to come to office. They never pick the call. for 3 days i tried calling them but the number was always busy continuously. They have applied some trick to make the number permanently busy. same is the case with YPR Railway parcel offc. The person picks the call and says that it is a wrong number...

It is a shame even to call this as a service to the public. There is no one to answer your telephone call at any time. I don't know for what purpose they have a phone in their place at all. Typical non responsing Government organisation.

No response when given telephonic call . Even parcel has reached Station, even after handing over the receipt, they were not willing to locate the parcel in time- this is in spite of present system of developed software communication. Result- the young student is trained /compelled in bribing Police, officials. & of course Porter. Left with agony. How youngsters of this country believe in the existing system of Govt., At their early stage they are taught to be corruptive. Even God can not save the nation.
