I bought hyundai creta S from Blue hyundai few months back. My sincere suggestion is not to buy vehicles from this dealer especially. I have few reasons not to recommend this dealer:
1. You will get a car that has been scratched and you will realize it only after few days
2. They do not fill enough of petrol during the delivery time. Your car may stop any time before you reach home after it has been delivered.
3. The salesmen speak to you nicely until you pay the amount. After that they dont even care if you have a genuine problem and approach them.
I understand that every body is busy in this world. Especially since hyundai is doing good in the market, all the salesmen are always occupied. But, you need to listen to your customer g

I had an very worst experience on Mysore road Blue Hyundai showroom..... I gave my Accent car for service for some sound on silencer..but when i went to get my car after service i found my all windows are down and found all power windows (all 4) are not working and buttons are been removed.. When i checked with customer relationship manager ( UMA ) and i got shocking answer from her telling that power windows were not working before i gave for service... I pissed off and started fighting with them for more than 5 hours ( To get that repaired it will cost 10 K ) and start moving to raise complaint on nearest police station... Before that i thought to take an picks of my car ( just to make sure all parts are available ) and found button are b

worst experience and not giving proper response to the complaints and charges are too high but not worthy.better try trident yashwantpur.
Very Very Bad service from Blue Hyundai service team, Best to try with Advaith Rajinagar Industrial Area Service centre, They responed very well and give good service to customer. Hyundai customer please don't give your vehicles for service to BLUE HYUNDAI that to for MYSORE ROAD Showroom.
no proper response to costumer regarding i 20 i have called 4 time no response . felling bad better to try Advaith, best response is i called them once they r try in which ever date i give them i have decided to take the car even now i called them they r saying i will get back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
