I purchased a TV stand-cum-cabinet from this shop (the proprietor is Mr. Ahmed, phone: 9886500543). I had the furniture custom-made to my specifications. The proprietor drew a diagram of the TV cabinet on the bill, but the actual furniture turned out to be worse than expected, and I couldn't tell what the actual furniture would look like by looking at the diagram. I specifically told him that the TOP OF THE CABINET SHOULD NOT CURVE/BEND DOWNWARDS DUE TO THE WEIGHT OF THE TV. THE FURNITURE I ORDERED DOES JUST THAT. WHEN A WEIGHT IS PLACED ON THE TOP, IT CURVES DOWNWARDS, THEREBY PREVENTING THE DRAWER FROM CLOSING BACK AGAIN. The proprietor had left for his evening prayers at the time I picked up the furniture, so I spoke to the shop

Wouldn't even recommend enemies to buy from him... bought a single foldable bed from him... just 2 ppl sat on it the metal strips got bent and made the bed unusable... had to sleep on floor for about a month coz apparently Sir didnt have a replacement and his worksmen were away for festivals... finally replaced the bed when i myself had to take it to his shop and take the new one back myself... and that too he charged a fifth of the bed cost as repair and the new one he has given isn't even new... it's actually welded at a critical spot and will mostly come off again... an extremely eye opening and harrowing experience... and ya this guy deals in second hand goods becaus

I would just like to say that the owner of this agency is very very rude and arrogant. He is not bothered about the customer at all. He cheated us with a bed we bought from him by quoting one price at the shop and asking for more money when he delivered the bed at home. So requesting all of you to plz be very careful about buying from him. His arrogance and rude behavior is just enough to put you off...
