Being in the IT industry like many others in Bangalore, fatigue and back-ache were prime issues that bothered my lifestyle. I signed up for the yoga course under Smt. Bhaswati's guidance based on my wife's recommendation, who herself had taken the twelve class-six week course with excellent results. Smt. Bhaswati is a thorough professional. She requested a face-to-face meeting to understand my motivations to sign up for the course. I had been suffering from Sinus allergy for the past 5 years. Whenever I got
cold I had to use a Nasal spray for 2-3 weeks for cure. After joining the yoga class,
I started doing pranayama daily and follow few suggestions related to diet given by
Bhaswati Mam. Winter always used to be hard to me and now I could feel a great difference.

I was very fortunate to meet Bhaswati when I decided to start learning Yoga. In the Very first session itself, she takes time to understand your problem and suggests improvements that make wonders if you follow them religiously. I was troubled with neck and shoulder stiffness and knee pain. The life style and diet changes she suggested improved the overall well being in a very short span of time and keep you energetic throughout the day. I am really happy for getting introduced to Bhaswathi ma'am through pre-natal yoga classes. All the asanas, pranayamas and stretching exercises will be taught to perfection by her with proper explanations on why we shld follow those regularly. Especially for pregnant women, her class will be gift during pregnancy time. Apart from yoga, she also use to take good care and give proper inputs, on our fooding habits and daily routines during pregnancy. Though I have tried many yoga classes, her class will be value for money and we can learn yoga with perfection here. Only thing we shld do from our side would be to follow her inputs and yoga daily to get good results.

This is the important part because this probably helps her to tailor the program according to the student. The second point that I liked was that her batch had a maximum of 4 students. I took the prenatal yoga classes at Srimoyi yoga at 22 weeks of my pregnancy and it has been really beneficial. Though I didn't have any major problems as such it has really helped me to stay fit and stressfree so far and m sure it's gonna help me a great deal for a smooth delivery . All the smallest of my concerns and nutrition needs were addressed really well by Mrs Bhaswati Seal which has definitely made my pregnancy a smooth one so far. I attended pre-natal yoga classes at Srimoyi Yoga by Bhaswati Seal just as I began my 14th week of pregnancy. What I liked best about the class was the holistic approach Ms.Bhaswati took towards pregnancy. Right before the classes started, she had an elaborate chat with me in which she tried to understand my daily routine, food habits and pregnancy related health concerns and she made quite a few recommendations in each of these areas. Though there were some things I already knew I was not doing as well as I should, someone experienced pointing out what was going well and what wasn't was a big help . All the people, Young , not so young, old, very old, professionals, students, housewife’s…………one thing is common for a we all have a body, no matter which size and shape we are in we have to take care of it. No no no not from outside (cometics, gym, tattoos….) they are all external, they are for others to see. I am talking about the care that should be given to ourself…..in one word PEACE/ANAND. YOGA…Is the answer for that; I always thought yoga is a form of exercise to keep ourself fit. So I used to practise (not so regularly) watching the videos online.
