Poornina is a wonderful cooking instructor. She not only teaches you recipes but also goes into the intricacies and fine points each step entails .....those steps and hints that enhance a recipe and those that often remain secrets with chefs. I was fortunate to be able to attend all her classes when she visited my city and would highly recommend her to nouveau cooks as well as seasoned ones.

I thoroughly enjoyed Mrs Pai's cooking class. It was such a fun experience! Mrs Pai is charming, well organized and imaginative. I made all the receipes that I learned from her, and my family loved them.

I wanted to specifically learn non veg cooking as I am married to a hardcore non vegetarian. The fact that I am a veggie made it harder.Mrs. Pai taught me the basics with tremendous patience and love. She scheduled my classes as per my convenience and I even took my 3 month old along. Thank you Mrs.Pai for such amazing sessions, I now cook non veg meals with better confidence. I would recommend her cooking classes to everybody who wants to learn and are looking out for a mentor.

I had the good fortune to learn from Mrs Pai when she was taking classes in Sadashivnagar. Whatever i learnt from her and have made have become a big hit and all time favourites with whoever tastes it. The chicken kababs, chocolate sauce are my kids all time favourites and over the years i have used these as a base for different innovative recipes. Thank you ma'm.

Mrs.Pai is a very sweet , gentle and nice lady. I attended 6 classes of hers. She has taught me the ART of cooking. She lets us participate in cooking, gives all the tips and variations. She makes it simple, fast and delicious! I feel very confident while cooking. Planning to attend more classes of hers.

What a feast of gastronomical delights. I am a caucasian woman new to India and Indian Cooking. The demonstration was very clear with many alterations/ substitutions. The method is very easy to follow. Most of all I loved Mrs Pai she is a very generous patient lady.. answered all my many questions. All in all I am going back for more....
