The sales personnel have no idea of what products they have
The senior sales person at the counter has the audacity to shout at customers who are enquiring.
I had gone to enquire regarding a certain morphy richards product and this person was not ready to share any details. When i asked for the price he did not have any idea. He had the dealer manual with him and when i asked to check it he screamed at me saying that he will not share it. No politeness what so ever and no regards for the customer. Also does not have the sensitivity to apologise for have shouted at a female. I advice anyone who reads this review never go to this place for any of ur purchases. Very very bad customer experience
