We booked a cab from Bangalore to Shivanasamudram for Sunday, September 2013, 6:00 AM. The BookCab sent us
details of a driver a night prior to our journey date but changed the driver details in the morning.
30 km out of the city, a car consisting of 4 men follows us and then asks the driver to park the car near a hotel on the highway. Those men get down and take the keys from the driver and ask him to step down. They tell us that the loan has not been deposited for the vehicle and they are seizing it for now. I called bookcab customer care and they said that they will give me a callback after "they find
out about the problem". They gave a call back after an hour saying the problem was rectified and we could continue in the same car
