First of all i want to tell about baba azma comment on energy gym because i am the present member of energy ygm from one year i am using that gym for my fitness purpose, i dont know from which year that person was using that gym because which energy gym i know in Banglore is completely opposite to baba azma comment.
Energy gym ambience is really good, very comfortable and i got good result from that gym. It has got well experienced and well qualified trainers their way of training people is really appreciable and they are very supportive and they give very friendly environment.

Do not make the mistake of enroling yourself to this nomadic gym and make workouts hel for yourself. The gym has precisely one good instructor. The others are employed as cleaners but end up wearing the trainers clothes.
Eg:The instructor tells me that bench press is a must to incorporate into your shoulder workout.
The music played at the gym is absolutely pathetic with music of the 1950's. I guess the owner didn't want to buy any new cds so just took his parents music collection and began playing it at the gym.
Somehow, the owners don't want to upgrade their music collection. Moreover, the music is stopped when the two owners are taking classes and play their lovely independence era collection at the gym for the poor aerobics and spi
