Dear Sir,
The door of the ATM of SBI located in Royla Enclave ,3rd., Ave.,Anna nagar East ,
Chennai 600 040 is not closing poperly.Number of customers have complained about
this and since last two months it has not been rectified. The security personnel do not
seem to take this seriously . Due to this the power load is on the main wire and it
got burnt today by 2 .00 p.m. The power has been shut down by us to prevent any
accident. Please arrnage to rectify the faulty door and change the power wire which got
burnt.
