Aramex -Very bad courier: they never called my phone for delivery, but posted saying that 'incorrect address', unable to reach the branch (Ambattur), it is always busy. Pathetic service
no way to contact the registered office.it seems aramex office in chennai is in sleeping condition.unable to track the consignment at all times.worst customer service have ever seen.

Aramex, which claims that they are having international base, contrarily indulging in serious deficiency in service. In my case they even gone to the extent of fabricated false records and forged records to claim shipment delivery to me with the connivance of local ST courier and naaptol. Without knowing the consequences aramex and its delegate local ST courier committed serious criminal offences and I am contemplating steps to proceed against them under criminal law.Dont trust aramex, and ST courier and naaptol as well.

I am booked one product through online shopping. that party send the product through ARAMEX. Till date i am not received the product. In this world ARAMEX only the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & IT'S TOTAL WASTE. Please don't believe the ARAMEX Courier.
I called up the customer care, he says your product it will be delivered today. Theses word i am hearing from ARAMEX for the past One Week & Also they update my status was PREMISES IS CLOSED. ARAMEX its not worthable for doing the courier service. I am Ramakrishnan.

Do not trust Aramex. their service is so poor and very lethargic. My parcel is shipped from mumbai and I am yet to receive after four days. the worst part is they hand over the parcel to some local couriers for delivery and now they could not trace my parcel where it is.
you want a piece of mind stick to blue dart though it may be bit pricy or trust India Post. not these guys.
THIS IS PATHETIC !!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY RECENT YEARS .... I SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE A PARCEL FROM DELHI, I SEARCHED THROUGH NET & GOT THE CHENNAI LOCAL NUMBERS, TRUST ME I CALLED 3 DIFFERENT NUMBERS FOR ABOUT 20 MTS BUT NO ONE PICKED UP, FINALLY OUT OF FRUSTRATION I CALLED A MOBILE NUMBER THAT PERSON WAS SO RUDE, HE TOLD ME THAT HE'S IN AIRPORT TRY CALLING THE SAME NUMBER SOMEONE WILL PICK UP & HE JUST DISCONNECTED THE CALL .... I DO ONLINE SHOPPING THROUGHOUT THE MONTH & I USED TO GET MY PRODUCTS ON TIME, THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE IN ARAMEX & I MUST SAY THEY ARE JUST A WASTE, LEARN SOME BUSINESS & CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BLUE DART !
