Kind attention is invited to inv no 33760903374 dated 17/01/2014. In which, I have paid a total sum of Rs.5760/- for repair of my scooty pep+ No TN 07AJ 1418. They changed existing tyre , tube and centre stand and nut bolts, but I regret to inform you that they have not touched the mechanism. Now the scooty pep+ is in my home in off road condition. see, Scooty pep+ handed over to me on 17.01.2013 and not running on 18.01.2014. In this regard, I contacted your repair centre but there is no proper reply. I regret to inform you, that they have not even charged the battery and checked its stability.
