the worst gym with no proper trainers. I went there for 3 months and didnt even lose 1 kg. No proper workout. The fees is high with no results. It is a fradulent gym. The trainer says that she is a physiotherapist which is a absolute money. You better throw your money into a dustbin rather than joining this gym.
The trainer of womens fitness is really a great frugal. she never allow to walk in treadmill and elliptical more than 10 mins. If we ask her for reasons she will say if we work more in elliptical and treadmill we ll get joint pains in future when i said i searched in net there is no proof for wat u r saying she will simply say "i dont know tat and u shld not do tats all". she will allow only floor exercise. And what everexercise she is taughting us is really notworking. They are bnpt giving proper bills. They ll receive 10% tax but they never bill for that.She is really cunning. I paid 6000 for 6 months and tax 600. My friend paid 6000 for 3 months plus tax 600. when i was saying that i want to spend 20 mins in elliptical and treadmill she
