We purchased a bike in Khivraj. We were told that we can chose the color. I chose Maroon color but they delivered Grey color. They said only this model is available. They should have told me before even ordering the bike which they did not. I am not happy with this issue. Secondly they have not provided receipt for charging Rs.6000 for registration till now. They are just postponing the receipt eventhough they have it in the cupboard. The authorised person Mr.Rajesh just promises but does not deliver the results to the customers. In the service departement when I called them for the first service they told me that you have to pay R.400 for oil change. Then when I dropped the bike in the morning the chap there told me it will be around Rs.50
