Extremely bad work ethics. Made me run after them for two days then finally agreed to do my outfit. When I reached with the advance the owner completely changed on the price he had agreed on and refused to make any minor modifications on the outfit claiming that the outfit is done by some other karigar and that they can't take guarantee if the karigar would make those changes or not.
My doubts were confirmed when they were so adamant on me ordering the anarkali suit as is and when I requested that I hope to see the sample and my suit together when it's ready the owner lost it and said that he couldn't guarantee if the sample would still be in his store .... Lol

I don't have much to say all about that !! I jst wanna say tht this is the best shop I ever visted for shopping ! The owners of kala kriti are such a nice human beings they hv treated their clients very well ! Dnt knw y people said wrong things for them!
For every dress they will tell you exaggerated prices like for any saree they will ask u for 45,000 Rs to 50,000 Rs and then they slowly slowly come down to 15,000 - 20,000 Rs. This is their business model. so any one who is going first time in their store may end up in buying very expensive stuff. Be aware of these kind of stores. As per my experience it was worst store i have ever seen.....Even 1 star rating is more for their store.... if given option . i would have given them zero rating
Bad Store.... I bought saree for 25000 Rs.... They changed it and gave me diffferent saree that is not even worth 5000 Rs and later on refused the change the saree. These kind of practices are very bad and i may never like to go to this store
