I am going with my 5 yrs. daughters with high Fever 103.5 to 103.8, no paediatric doctor to attend my daughters, i am waiting here at least 45 minutes for Doctor.
Nurse and staff told me only one Doctor available at night, & he will be busy,pl. wait.
My residence in Shahdara. one hour 30 min. wasted for going Max Superspeciality Hospital, Patparganj. Nurse and staff never offer any chair and bed for my child.

i went that hospital for collect the information from pathology department through our company side .what a kind of facilities really awesome. all are the professional and experiance doctor treat to the patient 24*7. i really appreciate these kind of facilities to provide the customer.

My 81 years old mother Satyawati was treated in Emergency on 14.4.2014 with utmost care and I really appreciate the kind of prompt treatment the Cardiology Department of the Hospital gave, she was saved from imminent heart attack. She was attended with utmost care while in CCU. The angioplasty was done with extra precaution due to her age. I being daughter really feel that because of the immediate treatment in her critical condition given by the Doctors of the hospital, she has got a new lease of life.meena

Hospital with all facilities with very good doctors but some of the doctors are not aware of his responsibilities they all had forget the basic terms of hospitality they are not aware that a even a sec delayed in their tiiming can be very critical to the patient a doctor should not look at his/her timmings in the critical case of patient he should be their at hospital to save his patient by all his efforts rather than doing this he boldy was sleeping at his home during his duty timmings he should be thrown out of the brand Max he is not upto mark for that he is spolling the Max as well as basic pattern of hospitality Call me to Know the name if some body thinks that im right 9654512594
