I HAD VISITED THIS BRANCH ON 21ST FEBRUARY 2013 AND I REALIZED THAT IT IS AN EXCELLENT BRANCH IN ALL SORT OF WORKS.. ESPECIALLY I SAW THE MANAGER VERY HELPFUL AND MY WORK WAS DONE IN FEW HOURS WHERE I THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 2-3 DAYS....

I have visited branch on 17/08/12 there i come up with the most irriatating facility of DD
one of the girl was handling my query over first of all she confused me about DD ,
My query was that i need to issue Two DD of 250/- each... first of all .. she said u will be charged if you are paying the amount from your salary account .. my cheque and DD form was all prepared that time..
however i opt for my saving account then i prepared two more cheques after cancelling the previous cheques..
the very next moment when was working on my request she said "Mam i told you that you will be charged if you are paying with your saving account"
without any consent i ask her again that can i Attach one cheque of rs.500/- with Two DD form .. then ag

this branch is having third grade dy. manger and most non coperative staff who in order to earn incenticve forces customers to fill up new forms even for renewal.
On complaint no action is taken against anybody and customer is being adsked to do what ever he want and go anywhere.there attityiude is worst than nationailsed bank .
