Very very bad service dont ever go this place...I have so much to share but no patience. All I can say is please dont go there. It is a mental and physical torture.......
Please if you love your family members please don't ever go to this hospital. They have killed our Mother we have lost our family, doctors nurse and all the other staff are careless and specially doctors are not trained. My mother just had blood infection so we took her to ESI hospital they asked to take her to Poulomi unknownlingly we admitted her there. She was fine they said we have to get blood for her an dthey gave their bloodbank address to bring that blood. I don't know what happened may be because of blood group my mom lungs were filled with fluid and she went on ventilater. These people don't even botehr to check blood group before transfusion. After that she was recovering on ventilator then they said they have to make a hole on h ... और देखेंer neck for artificail ventilation. They did that at 10AM from then till 5Pm my mom was bleeding these people don't even botehr to stop that bleed and at 5 they asked us to get plasme. Her bed was full with blood and she died at 8PM, we were so shocked that we dind't took her for post moterm and for that we can't even book any case against this hospital. There bill was 8 Lakhs rupees and they killed our mom as well.संक्षेप देखें
Really bad. A case of false diagnosis Dr's in-comptence extreme high cost of treatment.
My dad has suddenly taken ill and we rushed to Poulomi to admit him. There he underwent the usual CT scans and a battery of tests. Dr. Gopal Pobuduva reviewed the CT scan and other tests and concluded that there is a clot in brain and gave treatment for same.
It turned out that this scan on which Dr. Gopal based his treatment belonged to someone else..not my dad's...the irony is that, when my sister pointed out that the name on the cover of the scan is different, Dr. Gopal simply stated that he re-used an existing cover.
This mistake was discovered by Poulomi's MD and he said he would take action against Dr. Gopal..apparently..not sure what ... और देखेंaction will be taken, but this entire chain of events seems like a bizzare repeat of Chiranjeevi;s Tagore movie (who ever thought life would imitate a movie)
Now, why am i writing this? ==> If there's a someone like me, who wants to research hospitals before admitting thier loved ones, I hope this provides a cautionary tale. Consider this, after having paid 20,000 Rs per day for ICU care Super speciality doctor's knowledge, if we get such false diagnosis and treatment, then what is our re-course? What a common man like us, who cannot afford Rs20,000 per day, should do...specially when our income per month is barely Rs 10,000?
May God help India.
