Ph : 2366862/63/64 Repetitive Faulty Service By The Company Dear Sir/Maam, This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased 4GB DDR-3 RAM for Rs 1,500 paid in cash vide your cash memo/ Receipt/ Invoice No(BB4817/12-13) dated 05/02/2013. The said goods are suffering from the following defects:- (i) Not received the replacement of the faulty product for upto 1 month as promised that if find faulty during the period of 3 years. (ii)Received the new RAM after several attempts to acquire the same from the shop as well as several conversations with Balaji Solutions-the dealers for the same.
