They sent a person to repair refrigerator and the person changed parts unnecessarily and charged more than what company charges, since we were in trouble due to the fault, we were ready to pay extra. Refrigerator didn't do any cooling after some hours and we called the person again, he came and just opened all the parts again and left for sometime but never came back.
